One-Two Speak Platter

Theme:(2) Sleeping Habits
Exploring How We Rest and Recharge
Sleep is an important part of our daily lives. It affects our health and how we feel during the day. Everyone has different sleep habits and needs. Some people need more sleep, while others can function well with less. Additionally, some people are early birds who wake up easily in the morning, while others are night owls who prefer staying up late. These differences in sleep patterns can affect our daily routines and productivity.
In this session, we will watch a resource videos to deepen our knowledge about sleep, and then share our own sleep habits. This will help us review the importance of sleep and understand the variety of sleep patterns among people.
