Free time activities are how we choose to spend our leisure hours when not working or fulfilling obligations. These can range from watching movies and playing video games to exercising or pursuing creative hobbies. Our choice of free time activities often reflects our interests, values, and personalities, while also helping us relax and find balance. Talking about these activities is an excellent way to enjoy conversation in English, as it's a relatable topic that allows us to share personal experiences and learn about others. In this session, we'll watch a video about various free time activities enjoyed by different people, and then discuss our own favorite ways to spend leisure time, exploring the diverse ways people relax and have fun.

Begin by writing a full script if needed. As you improve, try to speak from brief notes to enhance your impromptu speaking skills. We encourage you to incorporate content from the learning videos into your speech, but remember that some audience members may not have seen these videos.
